This role is ideal for someone ready to step up in leadership and build toward a Store Manager position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing

• Coaching and developing team members to improve performance

• Driving sales by leading from the floor and motivating the team

• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling

• Maintaining strong visual standards and inventory control
