What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team

• Helping ensure the store is appropriately staffed, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development

• Driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences

• Managing day-to-day store operations, inventory, and merchandising

• Maintaining high visual standards and a positive store environment

• Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and operational compliance
