The role
- Reporting to the Senior Data & Insights Manager, the Analyst will be a critical player in managing the company's e-Commerce data ecosystem.
- This role involves ensuring precise data tracking, aggregation, and the provision of actionable insights.
- The Analyst will work closely with key e-Commerce stakeholders to understand and address their needs, implement data products, and foster a data-driven environment.
- Responsibilities also include driving a client-focused approach, conducting funnel and conversion analytics, and identifying customer behavior patterns.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work with e-Commerce stakeholders (CRM, SEO, Paid Social) to identify and address challenges where data insights can drive solutions.
- Data Configuration & Implementation: Ensure accurate data configuration and implementation within the web analytics framework.
- User Path & Conversion Tracking: Map, build, and maintain tracking of user paths, shopping funnels, and conversion patterns to extract actionable insights.
- Dashboard Development & Monitoring: Develop and monitor relevant dashboards to optimize digital marketing campaigns, traffic acquisition spend, and ROI.
- Data Analysis: Analyze, segment, compare, and interpret data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for improvements and tests.
- Attribution Modeling: Develop and maintain attribution and other models to measure channel spend effectiveness and returns.
- Strategic Support: Assist the business team in making informed marketing budget decisions to execute strategy effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical skills to simplify complex business problems, track them, and facilitate rapid decision-making based on designed analytical solutions.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Collaborate with Data & IT team members to leverage new technologies and ideas, enhancing the data platform and implementing methodologies to improve company performance.
Requirements:
Must have
- University Degree
- 3 years of experience on similar position
- Deep understanding of Ecommerce issues
- Experience in working with GA4, UA, GTM, BQ, Data Studio/Looker
- Experience manipulating and analyzing structured and unstructured data with SQL (any SQL dialect, BigQuery SQL nice to have), Excel, and Google Sheets, etc.,
- MS Excel in advanced level
- Passion for data and love for driving decisions through numbers
- English at business level
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
- Experience in analyzing SEO, paid social and CRM channels
- Experience in using Dasity
- Excellent judgment, curiosity, confidence, and a sense of humor.
