    We aim to make the recruitment process as efficient and positive as possible, providing feedback and updates at each stage.

  • At Lovisa, we're dedicated to providing a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. We review all applications promptly and are excited to schedule initial interviews soon after. As we move forward, we coordinate subsequent interviews based on role requirements and your availability. Our goal is to keep you well-informed and engaged throughout the process, ensuring a positive and transparent journey every step of the way.

  • For interviews with Lovisa please allocate the following times:

    • For your first phone or virtual interview with Lovisa please allow 15-30 minutes for store-based roles and 30-45 minutes for all other roles.
    • For all subsequent interviews please allow 45 minutes to an hour.

    Don't forget to factor in traffic, parking, and public transport when coming for your face-to-face interviews, to ensure you arrive on time and ready to go.
