About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Field Store Recruiter to join our People & Culture team!
This role is perfect for a current Store Manager or retail leader who’s ready to take their passion for people and talent to the next level. You’ll stay connected to our vibrant store teams while supporting our growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Working closely with our Field Operations team, you’ll lead recruitment for store leadership and team roles — finding amazing talent who bring our Lovisa culture to life.
This is a field-based role with location flexibility — it can be based in either Perth, WA or Brisbane, QLD.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruitment for store roles across Australia & New Zealand
- Partnering with Field Managers to identify hiring needs and source great talent
- Advertising roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Creating an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Building strong relationships across store and support office teams
- Building strong relationships across store and support office teams
- Contributing to talent pooling and proactive recruitment initiatives
- Supporting our people-first culture and promoting Lovisa as an employer of choice
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retailing leadership expereince is highly desirable
- Passion for people, recruitment, and team culture
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and highly organised
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to travel and connect with our store Teams in a field-based role

Location Flexibility:
This role can be either Perth WA based or Brisbane QLD based — and will be a field-based role, giving you the opportunity to stay connected to our amazing store teams across both metro and regional locations.
