As Global Project Manager (non-stock), you will fill an exciting role in driving a Continuous Improvement culture around Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) within the Global Warehousing team. You will be responsible for overseeing key operational projects ranging from managing procurement, purchasing, logistics and ensure stock delivered to stores is maximised
This role will work alongside Global Warehousing Directors in Europe/Africa, APAC and the Americas. Their role will be to manage the warehousing and final mile deliveries, whilst this role manages the flow of products, the end of the end communications around the GNFR stock items.
If this role was to be broken down into two parts, it will be the following.
- Managing GNFR from supplier ordering to DCs and stores
- Overseeing the replenishment ordering process that drives the demand for these items
- Manage New Store orders – from the fixture supply chain flow to the initial store stock pick
- Manage Store promotions – initiated by buyers and stakeholders, this role manages the communications and coordinate the pick and pack from DC to store.
- Manage ad-hoc deliveries, oversee stock levels, invoicing and global tracking of shipments
The Global Project Manager (GNFR) will be responsible for “creating a cost-effective global warehouse supply chain that will support the growth of Lovisa stores in the region.”
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The role is strategic in nature and provides leadership to the teams in all Lovisa DC regions. Its focus falls in 5 main strategic priorities.

- Strategically outline change programmes that ensure year on year cost pressure is mitigated.
- Champion Project Management tools enabling projects to be scoped & approved.
- Manage projects to remove waste, create level flow, ensure reduction of total cost of fulfilment.
- Lead improvement programmes that ensure cost pressures are reviewed, understood, and targeted.
- Delight our Retail Customers – COMMMUNICATE & ENCHANCE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (Info Lanes)
- Ensure ordering platform for the stores us up to date with CMAST, ITEM and STOCK FILES
- Transform customer service. Ensure orders are sent, despatches visible and backorders managed
- Obsess over quality, removing rework, waste, and delays – take pride in making ‘problems visible’.
- Lead WHS teams roll-out programmes are delivered on time and on budget for new stores and allocations
- Build World Class Channels – TEAMWORK & CAN DO (Bulk Lanes)
- Manage communications, form supplier to Bulk DC for store picks and replenishment picks
- Oversee cost to serve on all GNFR lanes – including shipping, air, warehouse and delivery
- Establish standard work. Allow the support of projects to take Lovisa to the future state
- Transform & challenge online cost to serve both DCs and transport.
- Empower Lean & Visualise the Supply Chain – CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & DO IT NOW
- Elevate LEAN Boards to ensure service and cost control is visualised.
- Establish Continuous Improvement on key processes via KPI trees.
- Introduce LEAN & SMART factory thinking throughout current processes.
- Plan and Implement LEAN LIFT events as needed.
On a Tactical Level, the role will also have oversight on the following.
- Staff Development around Standard Work:
- Looking for Global DC best in class practices. Enable the ability for all DCs to have standard work.
- Standard work – manage invoicing, tracking of capex spend, and approvals
- Stationary order tracking – manage both new store and replenishment setups
- Maintain professional engagement with internal and external working relationships.
- Role will manage KPI data decks, presented monthly as part of the teams MOR (monthly)
- Formalized weekly reviews (WOR). Role expected for team to ensure DOR (daily) processes are followed
- Expected to have standard work schedules with his/her teams documented.
ADMINISTRATION:
- ‘Bridge’ between the Warehousing teams and the Business – include promotions and allocations
- Respond promptly and effectively to all customer and trading partner queries.
