The Role
IT Support Analyst provide Level 1 and technical support for Lovisa Stores, Support Centres, and Warehouses.
The Team maintain hardware, server/network infrastructure, PCs, and peripherals, while ensuring IT security and assisting with new store setups. They collaborate with other IT teams to resolve incidents worldwide and contribute to continuous service improvement.
About You
- Education in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage tickets and reports with punctuality and accuracy.
- Flexible, coachable, and able to work outside normal business hours when needed.
- Knowledge of English and French is essential
- Other European languages are a plus, particularly Polish, Italian, German, or Dutch.
