Marketing Signage Coordinator

Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Creative Manager, this role is responsible for managing the timely dispatch of point-of-sale and brand collateral to all stores globally.
- Coordination of all ordering print requests
- Coordination of all new stores, closing and relocating signage based on the Open/Close list
- Coordination with all warehouses, Qingdao Team, POLAND & AUS to ensure POS material has been dispatched daily
- Coordination of comms to stores and weekly Marketing Memo
- Replenishing all POS Material
- Understanding and overseeing signage stock levels by warehouse and territory
- Managing the signage sizes required by type and by store
- Daily management of FRESH Support tickets and Shopify orders
- Daily management of signage deliveries, non-deliveries & ad-hoc requests
- Liaising with both Australian, Chinese and Poland warehouses to meet deadlines
- Manage all Brand POS elements for each new store opening and ensure these are in store for opening
- Ensure fixture master template up to date and report any updates required to Creative Manager
- Manage according to Zoho task list and escalate any concerns in meeting deadlines
- Build an ongoing library of store images on Shopify. Ensure all images on Shopify are relevant and in stock for stores to order at all times
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- A can do attitude
- Skills in MS Office Word and Excel
- Knowledge and skills using POS software (such as Shopify)
- Adaptable, approachable and takes direction well
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication, with the ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Proactive, organised and results focused
