People Operation Specialist with German

Responsibilities:
- Managing HR operational employee lifecycle processes by e.g. generating onboarding documentation, all job related documents for promotion, salary increase, contract changes, all exit documentation, employment certificate, reference letters ( DACH region)
- Cooperating with both internal teams ( e.g. payroll, finance ) and external vendors
- Developing HR policies around schedules, holidays, sick leave, family leave, disability
- Supporting the process of collecting and checking inputs for payroll provider
- Setting processes improvement/ HR controls to establish accuracy of payroll outcomes
- Answer queries from employees for HR and payroll operations issues
- Keeping accurate and up to date personnel files, data in internal HR systems, time and attendance trackers
- Training the stakeholders on HR-related processes
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven German HR Operations experience (understanding of German legislation)
- Any experience with DACH region payrolls and labor law is very nice to have
- Proficiency in both English and German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written ( min. B2)
- Practical MS Office skills (especially in excel e.g. vlookup/pivot table)
- Attention to detail, ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn, open to growth in both HR and payroll area
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach, solution focused attitude and organization skills
