Your Opportunity:
Maintaining a professional presentation and approach as the Merchandise Allocator to provide support and assistance to the Merchandise department in all facets of the business, ensuring all administration and support services are of a consistently high standard.
- Accurately controlling stock entering the company for all stores globally
- Ensuring the correct stock goes to the correct location at the correct time
- Controlling all stock transfers between stores
- Maintaining the accuracy of store stock figures and levels
- Ensuring stores receive accurate stock levels as per planogram changes weekly
- Operating and undertaking associated tasks using the Futura system
- Maintaining min/maxes to ensure allocations are at an optimum for core and new lines
- Managing the floorplan layout changes on a weekly basis of all stores globally
- Stock to sales ratio analysis and reporting
- Communicate with operations team on any queries regarding stock levels in stores
- Other duties and special projects within skill and competency level as required
- Assisting the Merchandise team with everyday tasks including emailing, filing and all other duties as requested by members of the department
- Whilst the core hours of work 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, it is recognized that you must be flexible in regard to working hours. Some hours outside of these core hours may be required
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
- Strong oral & written communication at all levels
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, OneNote & Outlook and to develop skills on Futura
- Openness/willingness to change
- Desire to understand strategic direction of the business
- The ability to anticipate what may be required
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion
- Ability to work to deadlines and effectively multi-task
