We’re looking for an Loss Prevention professional to support our stores and regions across Europe and Africa from our Warsaw office. If you combine an investigative mindset with strong analytics and retail know-how, we’d love to hear from you.
Travel: Occasional travel across Europe for store visits, audits, investigations, and training
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Direct support of the Loss Prevention team across Europe & Africa and of regional/store teams
- Daily maintenance and triage of Freshdesk tickets
CCTV & Security
- Maintain the regional CCTV network and conduct daily footage reviews for focus stores
- Implement and coordinate the CCTV footage distribution procedure
- Manage external service providers for CCTV maintenance
Investigations & Law Enforcement
- Identify and investigate internal and external theft
- Cooperate with local police and prepare documentation for further investigations
- Investigate cash variances and banking discrepancies as required
Data & Reporting
- Work through monthly exception reports and investigate findings
Field Work (Europe)
- Conduct periodic store visits and audits across Europe to support prevention, training, and case follow-up
Administration
- Ensure punctuality and accuracy of all paperwork
- Review and follow up on all LP and cash variance reports
- Ensure holiday coverage does not impact business needs
- Adhere to Lovisa company policies and procedures
- Submit all reports within required deadlines
Skills & Qualifications
- Working with CCTV systems (maintenance, footage review)
- Conducting internal/external investigations
- Retail operations support
- Cooperation with police and preparation of investigation documentation
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for foreign market support; German is an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Organizational awareness and flexibility
- Teamwork and customer service mindset
- Negotiation skills, initiative, and open, honest communication

- Education or interests in criminology/investigations
Travel Readiness
- Willingness and ability to travel within Europe (at times on short notice)
