We’re looking for a Junior Loss Prevention Specialist to support our stores across Europe and Africa from our Warsaw office. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to develop in retail operations and investigations — we’d love to hear from you!

Travel: Occasional travel across Europe for store visits, audits, investigations, and training

Key Responsibilities

• Direct support of the Loss Prevention team across Europe & Africa and of regional/store teams
• Daily maintenance and triage of Freshdesk tickets
• Review CCTV footage and manage maintenance with external providers
• Identify and investigate internal and external theft
• Cooperate with local police and prepare documentation for further investigations
• Investigate cash variances and banking discrepancies as required
• Analyse exception reports and follow up on findings
• Conduct store visits across Europe for audits and training support
• Ensure accurate and timely report submissions

Skills & Qualifications

• Interest or background in security, criminology, or retail operations
• Some experience with CCTV and/or investigations (a plus)
• Fluent English (spoken & written); German is a bonus
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented

Travel Readiness

• Willingness and ability to travel within Europe (at times on short notice)
