About the role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to deliver accurate, actionable insights for Lovisa’s Europe & UK store teams. You’ll set monthly operational targets, deep-dive variances, and provide ad-hoc analysis that helps our stores perform at their best.

What you’ll do

• Act as the Finance Business Partner to the EU/UK Commercial Sales leader.
• Lead process improvements in financial and operational reporting across the region.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders.
• Own month-end tasks and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses to support performance and decision-making.

About you

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in business analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in English and Polish.
• Calm, organised, and effective when prioritising competing, time-sensitive requests.
• Strong grasp of accounting and financial principles.
• Customer-centric mindset; able to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan, organise, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication.
