Lovisa was created out of a need for on-trend fashion jewelry at ready-to-wear prices. Our trend spotting departments worldwide take inspiration from couture runways and current street style to deliver new, must-have styles to our customers.
We are a fashion-forward jewelry brand that caters to everyone, with 150 new styles being delivered to stores each week. We give exceptional customer service and apply our core belief, It’s about you, always to everything we do.
Our expanding e-commerce platform in the UK is driving growth in our online business. As a result, we are looking to increase our staffing levels to meet the rising demand.
The Role
We’re hiring 2 x Shift Leads to oversee our warehouse operations on either the morning (06:00–14:00) or afternoon (14:00–22:00) shift. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead a team of operatives, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations across picking, packing, and stock management.
Salary – £13.50/Hour
Hours – Full Time – 37.5 per week
Key Responsibilities
People & Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives.
- Manage shift handovers, daily briefs, and performance against KPIs.
- Support training, development, and succession planning.
Operations & Stock
- Oversee accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Manage inbound stock, returns, and inventory checks.
- Ensure warehouse systems are kept up-to-date and accurate.
Health & Safety
- Open and close the facility, ensuring security is maintained.
- Uphold Health & Safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
- Report and resolve issues proactively.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce environment (preferred).
- A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced settings and can manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong IT skills, confident with WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & Teams).
- Enthusiasm, positivity, and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and organisational skills.
- Previous e-commerce or order-processing experience is an advantage.
