Your Opportunity
- 12 Months - Fixed Contract - Maternity Leave Cover 
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this role will be responsible for ensuring L&D contributes to, and influences, improved retail performance at Lovisa at an individual, Team and organisational level.  To support in the execution of the Learning and Development strategies, programs and content, driving a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement across our business globally.  To support on key L&D-related elements of business projects with the responsibility to align learning needs with the strategic ambitions and objectives of the business.  To support LMS Administrator in effective administration and operational performance of LOLA - Lovisa’s Learning Management System (LMS), World Manager/YOOBIC®. To support Retail Communications Specialist in execution of effective communication Strategy in Retail. To develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across both the Support Centre and the Retail Operations Team within Lovisa and Franchise Partnerships, which will be critical to the contribution of success for Team engagement, succession planning, business growth
and retention.
- Execute Retail Learning and Development strategy to improve efficiencies, customer service and KPIs.
- Lead, develop, implement and monitor retail initiatives and projects to improve store performance and customer service.
- Support the development, review, implementation, delivery and maintenance of training content, assets, materials, courses and programs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Learning & Development on training needs and opportunities for talent development expansion.
- Work with key stakeholders across departments to improve efficiencies and in-store operations.
- Partner with the Head of Learning & Development to create and deliver Global/Country/State/Regional/Store Manager conferences, workshops and facilitation programs.
- Develop effective induction programs for Retail Team Members at all levels with online and in-store touch points.
- Partner with the Head of Learning & Development and Piercing Department on content creation, program management and reporting, meeting in-market compliance objectives.
- Support creation and delivery of succession planning programs with Retail Operations Teams globally.
- Assist in managing course structure, set-up and facilitation of learning programs.
- Work with the Head of Learning & Development to manage and maintain the course asset library.
- Develop and update standardised tools and reporting for access to learning information; generate standard and custom reports.
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
- Proven experience in retail operations and/or Learning & Development within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Hands-on experience using or managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) – preferably World Manager/YOOBIC.
- Instructional design or facilitation experience, with a creative flair for digital learning (Articulate, Rise, Synthesia experience a plus).
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across global or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to engage audiences and simplify complexity.
- A data-driven mindset – confident using learning metrics and insights to drive improvement.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach – comfortable working with pace and ambiguity.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and empowering people to succeed.
