Your Opportunity as a Merchandise Allocator: 

Provide professional support to the Merchandise department, ensuring all stock and administrative processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.

• Maintain high standards of administration and support services, assisting with daily tasks such as emailing, filing, and other departmental duties.

• Accurately control stock entering the company for all stores globally and manage all stock transfers between stores globally.

• Ensure stock is allocated correctly and in line with weekly planogram changes, maintaining accurate store stock figures and levels.

• Operate the Futura system to maintain min/max levels and optimise allocations for core and new lines.

• Manage weekly floorplan layout changes for all stores globally.

• Undertake other duties and special projects within skill and competency level as required.

• Analyse stock to sales ratios, report findings and communicate with the operations team regarding stock queries.

• Be flexible with working hours beyond core 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Monday–Friday, as needed.

Skills for Success

• Strong communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook; Futura is a bonus!)

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible

• Ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines

• Comfortable adapting to change and learning new systems

• Retail experience
