Your Opportunity as a Merchandise Allocator:
Provide professional support to the Merchandise department, ensuring all stock and administrative processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.
Maintain high standards of administration and support services, assisting with daily tasks such as emailing, filing, and other departmental duties.
Accurately control stock entering the company for all stores globally and manage all stock transfers between stores globally.
Ensure stock is allocated correctly and in line with weekly planogram changes, maintaining accurate store stock figures and levels.
Operate the Futura system to maintain min/max levels and optimise allocations for core and new lines.
Manage weekly floorplan layout changes for all stores globally.
Undertake other duties and special projects within skill and competency level as required.
Analyse stock to sales ratios, report findings and communicate with the operations team regarding stock queries.
Be flexible with working hours beyond core 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Monday–Friday, as needed.
Skills for Success
Strong communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook; Futura is a bonus!)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible
Ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines
Comfortable adapting to change and learning new systems
Retail experience
