Your Role: Learn, Lead & Grow

As a Store Manager in Training, you’ll work closely with your Store Manager and Regional Manager to develop the skills needed to confidently run a Lovisa store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs to drive overall store performance.

• Contribute to daily operations while ensuring stock is impeccably presented and well managed.

• Uphold Lovisa’s 10 + 1 Culture Commitments and foster a strong team environment.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to prepare for Store Manager responsibilities.

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards that reflect the latest jewellery trends.
