Your Opportunity:  

• Assist Legal/Lease Administration team with:

o    documentation of leases and execution;

o    bank guarantee applications;

o    follow up of fitout contributions; and

o    making necessary payment

• Maintenance and update of property database(ProLease) and department reports and systems.

• Liaise with landlords and other departments in relation to lease queries.

• Assist Property Administration and Finance teams with lease and rent queries to ensure that rents are paid accurately and on time.

We are looking for the below skillset and experience: 

• An interest in retail and property

• Excel and WORD – intermediate to advanced level

• Windows and other Microsoft office products – intermediate to advanced level

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Experience with ‘LeaseEagle’ preferred but not essential
