Your Opportunity as a Production Coordinator:
Manage end-to-end production coordination—from raising purchase orders with suppliers through to warehouse delivery—ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time performance in line with KPIs and DIFOT targets. Support production reporting and management requirements as needed.
Manage supplier purchase orders and track end-to-end production progress to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and DIFOT performance.
Oversee OPO reporting, item attributes, barcodes, and pack scans to support accurate pricing, planning, and smooth production flow.
Monitor bulk production and supplier performance, escalating risks or delays promptly to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate global stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and freight partners, ensuring compliant handovers and documentation.
Manage invoice reconciliation, supplier non-compliance reporting, and timely resolution of store enquiries with a customer-focused approach.
Skills for Success
Relevant qualification in Business, Production, or Quality Control with strong administrative and technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; confident engaging at all levels
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve in fast-paced environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to systems such as Futura
Maintain accurate data, manage retail pricing, resolve discrepancies, and analyse QC reports
Collaborative team player with leadership qualities and strong alignment to Lovisa’s Culture Commitments
