Your Opportunity:
The Warehouse Management Systems Team Lead is responsible for leading the support, stability, and ongoing reliability of Lovisa’s Warehouse Management Systems, with primary accountability for the Infor WMS platform. The role ensures that warehouse and distribution centre operations across geographically dispersed locations are supported effectively, securely, and with minimal disruption to business-critical processes.
As part of the Enterprise Applications function, the Warehouse Management Support Lead provides technical leadership and operational oversight for Infor WMS and its integrations with related enterprise platforms. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, while setting standards for incident management, system support, and continuous improvement across the warehouse technology landscape.
Due to the operational nature of warehouse environments, the role requires close collaboration with warehouse operations, IT, and external partners across multiple regions and time zones. Participation in a rotating after-hours support roster and occasional work outside standard business hours is required to ensure continuity of critical warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Management Systems Team Lead will be responsible for:
Ensuring Lovisa Stores, Support Centres, and Distribution Centres receive high-standard IT support in line with Global IT policies.
Partnering closely with warehouse operations teams to understand operational needs and translate them into effective system support and improvements.
Leading day-to-day support operations for Infor WMS, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability across all warehouse and distribution centre locations.
Acting as the escalation point for complex WMS incidents, root cause analysis, and recurring issues.
Collaborating with teams (Business Systems, Data/Reporting, Projects, and Developers) to provide effective support for database-related matters.
Supporting major incidents, system upgrades, releases, and testing activities related to warehouse systems.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery, warehouse system stability, usability, and operational efficiency.
Managing and mentoring direct reports, providing technical guidance, prioritisation, and performance support.
Participating in and coordinating after-hours support coverage as part of a rotating support roster. Occasionally working outside normal business hours to fulfill operational needs.
Required skills and attributes:
Agree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service mindset and ability to work with teams across multiple geographies.
Demonstrated experience supporting system users across an enterprise applications landscape.
Experience producing and maintaining clear user guides and system documentation.
Experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks for optimal system performance.
Demonstrated experienced working between project, development, infrastructure, and other technical teams.
Experience investigating and resolving technical issues, including performing root cause analysis.
Experience maintaining consistent and controlled system configurations.
Experience working with warehouse management systems.
