Your Opportunity:
Warehouse Management Support Engineer will Provides technical support and ensures the stability, performance, and reliability of Lovisa’s Warehouse Management Systems, primarily Infor WMS. Supports warehouse and distribution teams across locations, troubleshooting issues, configuring systems, and maintaining seamless data flow with platforms like Futura, Lovisa Backbone, and the data warehouse. Key responsibilities include incident resolution, system monitoring, and driving continuous improvement. The role involves cross-regional collaboration and participation in after-hours support to maintain critical warehouse operations.
Ensuring Lovisa Stores, Support Centres, and Distribution Centres receive high-standard IT support in line with Global IT policies.
Providing prompt Level 3 support services for IT systems supporting Stores, Support Centres, and Warehouses.
Maintaining the integrity, stability, and operational performance of all Lovisa databases.
Acting as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 teams, offering technical expertise to resolve Requests, Incidents, and Problems relating to warehouse management systems.
Collaborating with Level 3 teams (Business Systems, Data/Reporting, Projects, and Developers) to provide effective support for database-related matters.
Liaising with suppliers to ensure Lovisa receives priority service for Requests, Incidents, and Problems.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery.
Participating in a rotating after-hours support roster.
Occasionally working outside normal business hours to fulfill operational needs.
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in supporting enterprise system users, producing clear documentation, and resolving technical issues.
Experienced in system performance optimization, configuration management, and cross-team collaboration.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems; experience with Infor WMS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and development tools (.NET, SQL, Power BI) is a plus.
