Contract: 12-month fixed-term
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the Asset Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the organisation’s learning systems and documentation. This position focuses on administration, document management, and high-volume system uploads within our Learning Management System (LMS).
You will be responsible for uploading, organising and maintaining written assets to ensure all documentation is accurately indexed, formatted and version controlled. This role will support a key project deadline, ensuring all written assets are uploaded while also contributing to ongoing system updates and content management.
Responsibilities:
Upload large volumes of training materials, policies and procedures into the Learning Management System (LMS).
Ensure files are correctly formatted, named and version controlled before upload.
Maintain organised document indexing and structured filing systems.
Maintain the central Master Asset Directory and track asset upload progress.
Identify outdated or duplicate content and flag materials requiring updates.
Assist with audits of learning content including e-learning modules, manuals and SOPs.
Maintain spreadsheets and documentation trackers to monitor progress.
Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
About You
1–3 years’ experience in administration, or document/content management (retail or corporate environment desirable).
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with large volumes of documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and supporting administrative workflows.
Experience with learning systems or digital platforms (e.g. LMS, DMS, CMS) is advantageous but not essential.
