Behind every perfectly stocked store across the globe is a team of brilliant minds making it happen — and we're looking for our next Allocations Team Leader to help lead the charge from our Support Centre in Melbourne.

You're the person who ensures our product is exactly where it needs to be, exactly when it needs to be there. You'll lead a team of Merchandise Allocators, own global stock flow, and work closely with some of the sharpest minds in the business to keep Lovisa's shelves looking flawless across the globe.

You will be deep in the data, driving strategy, solving problems and shaping how we allocate stock across one of the fastest-growing retail brands in the world.

• Analyses data with confidence and uses it to make smart, strategic decisions

• Has a sharp eye for detail but never loses sight of the big picture

• Knows how to lead, inspire and grow a team

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts without missing a beat

• Has experience in allocations, merchandise planning or inventory management

• Is confident in Excel and comfortable learning new systems

• Global stock control and allocations across 50+ markets

• Weekly replenishment sign-off and inter-store transfer management

• Floorplan and sale area changes across our global store network

• Stock-to-sales analysis and reporting that drives real decisions

• Planogram accuracy and system pricing in Futura
