Your Opportunity:
The Retail Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our retail network, acting as the link between stores and head office to ensure seamless and smooth operations. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will coordinate communication, training, reporting, loss prevention, and workforce planning activities, helping stores perform at their operational best.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about retail performance and team success.
Coordinate day‑to‑day retail operations and ensure timely communication to stores.
Support operational training programs, including onboarding, compliance, and tracking completion.
Assist with wage and roster administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labour guidelines.
Prepare and distribute operational, financial, and performance reports.
Manage and track Retail Operations Service Desk tickets to ensure timely triage and resolution.
Support loss prevention initiatives, including audits, incident reporting, and compliance checks.
Support piercing operations activities, including compliance, training coordination, and operational guidance.
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
Strong organisational and time‑management capability.
Clear, confident communication with store teams and internal stakeholders.
High attention to detail across reporting, rostering, and compliance tasks.
Proficiency with retail systems, rostering tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify operational risks or trends.
Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently when required.
Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
