Your Opportunity:  

The Retail Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our retail network, acting as the link between stores and head office to ensure seamless and smooth operations. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will coordinate communication, training, reporting, loss prevention, and workforce planning activities, helping stores perform at their operational best.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about retail performance and team success.

• Coordinate day‑to‑day retail operations and ensure timely communication to stores.

• Support operational training programs, including onboarding, compliance, and tracking completion.

• Assist with wage and roster administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labour guidelines.

• Prepare and distribute operational, financial, and performance reports.

• Manage and track Retail Operations Service Desk tickets to ensure timely triage and resolution.

• Support loss prevention initiatives, including audits, incident reporting, and compliance checks.

• Support piercing operations activities, including compliance, training coordination, and operational guidance.

We are looking for the below skillset and experience: 

• Strong organisational and time‑management capability.

• Clear, confident communication with store teams and internal stakeholders.

• High attention to detail across reporting, rostering, and compliance tasks.

• Proficiency with retail systems, rostering tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify operational risks or trends.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently when required.

• Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
