Your Opportunity:
To maintain all admin and support the APAC Store Development team in delivery of New & Upgraded stores. This will be achieved through developing professional and effective relationships with the Project Manager, Retail Team, Support Office Team and Suppliers to deliver best practise store fit outs and maintenance service.
Coordinate and support retail store fit-out.
Source, procure, and manage non-stock local inventory as required
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery aligned with company goals
Manage maintenance, small upgrade, and defect works to ensure they are completed accurately and on time
Coordinate and manage global master templates for reporting across all regions
Support and coordinate maintenance tickets for Lovisa retail stores across APAC
Assist with additional projects as directed by the Head of Store Development and APAC PM team
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
Intermidiate to advanced skill in Excel
Proven ability to plan, organise and deliver results on time in a fast past environment
Proven ability to project manage from start to finish within the timeframe set
Demonstrated understanding of Customer experience and ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external Customers
Experience with Microsoft Suite and project tracking systems
Ability to communicate with influence and negotiate business desired outcomes
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally based on the needs of the business
Sound administrative and accuracy skillsIntermediate
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
