The Role:

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing this new store to life. You will:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

• Create an exceptional in-store experience that customers love

• Drive sales, achieve KPIs, and manage store budgets

• Lead by example on the shop floor and inspire your team every day

• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store looks flawless at all times

• Manage stock, operations, and day-to-day store performance

• Support and deliver piercing services (full training provided)
