Digital Marketing Manager
Hands-on digital role driving paid media, customer acquisition and revenue growth for a global retail brand across multiple markets.
Lovisa is a leading global fashion jewellery retailer with a strong international footprint and a fast-paced, trend-led customer offering. We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to drive paid media performance, customer acquisition and revenue growth across our global markets.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves performance, understands the numbers and knows how to turn insights into action. This is not a role for someone who simply manages agencies from a distance - we are looking for someone who can get into the platforms, challenge performance, optimise spend and take true ownership of digital results.
You will partner closely with our Ecommerce, CRM, Social and Content teams to ensure digital activity is connected, customer-led and aligned to Lovisa’s commercial priorities. You will also work with customer audiences, segmentation, CDPs and marketing automation teams to support smarter targeting, testing and campaign performance.
The Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition through paid digital channels across Lovisa’s global retail environment.
You will own performance across Google, Meta, paid social, affiliates, display, retargeting and performance media, with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, revenue contribution and overall channel efficiency.
This role will suit someone who is confident in the detail — someone who knows what is happening across campaigns, can identify performance opportunities quickly and is comfortable making changes directly when needed.
You will be expected to bring both strategic thinking and practical execution, balancing long-term growth with daily optimisation.
What You’ll Own
You will take ownership of paid media performance across global markets, ensuring spend is driving measurable commercial return.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital channels
Owning performance across Google, Meta, affiliates, display, retargeting and paid social
Managing ROAS, CAC, revenue contribution and media efficiency
Optimising campaign performance, budgets, bidding, audiences and creative testing
Working with customer audiences, segmentation, CDPs and marketing automation teams to improve targeting and performance
Building a strong test-and-learn culture across channels
Reviewing data daily and translating performance insights into clear actions
Partnering with Ecommerce, CRM, Social and Content teams to align activity to the trade calendar
Managing agencies and external partners, while holding them accountable to outcomes
Identifying new channel opportunities and scaling what works
Providing clear reporting, forecasting and recommendations to support business decisions
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a digital marketer who is commercially sharp, hands-on and performance obsessed.
You will ideally bring:
5–8+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
Strong paid media experience, particularly across Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max
Solid experience across Meta, affiliates, display, retargeting and paid social
Experience working with customer audiences, segmentation, CDPs and marketing automation teams
Agency-side experience, or experience working in a fast-paced performance environment
Ecommerce or retail experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, attribution, reporting and optimisation
Experience working across multiple markets would be an advantage
Confidence working directly in platforms, not just reviewing agency reports
Experience managing agencies and challenging partners on performance
Strong analytical ability and confidence turning data into commercial action
About You
You are naturally curious, proactive and comfortable operating at pace.
You enjoy being close to the numbers and understand that strong digital performance comes from constant testing, optimisation, smart audience use and commercial discipline. You are not afraid to challenge what is not working, ask the right questions and push for better outcomes.
You will be confident working cross-functionally and know how to bring teams together across Ecommerce, CRM, Content, Social and marketing automation to improve customer acquisition and campaign performance.
Most importantly, you are a true hands-on operator — someone who can see the bigger picture but is also happy to get into the detail and make things happen.
Why Lovisa
At Lovisa, we move fast, think commercially and stay close to our customer. This is a rare opportunity to step into a global retail environment where digital performance directly impacts business growth.
You will have the opportunity to influence paid media strategy, improve customer acquisition, challenge the way performance is managed and help shape the next phase of Lovisa’s digital growth across multiple markets.
For the right person, this is a role with strong visibility, commercial impact and the opportunity to truly own performance outcomes.
