We are looking for an Assistant Stocktake Manager to support the planning, coordination, and analysis of stocktakes across our global store network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and providing valuable insights that support business performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Stocktake Manager, you will be responsible for:
Scheduling and coordinating company and franchise stocktakes across multiple markets.
Executing stocktake processes and ensuring timely completion.
Processing, reviewing, and analysing stocktake results to identify trends and discrepancies.
Providing training and ongoing support to the wider global team on stocktake procedures and best practices.
Managing stock corrections on behalf of stores to maintain inventory accuracy.
Assisting with inter-branch transfers as required.
Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly reports, including executive-level reporting.
Liaising with Regional Managers and State Managers regarding breaches of company procedures, inventory discrepancies, and data integrity issues.
Supporting initiatives that improve stock accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
