The role
Design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and highly available Microsoft Azure cloud environments and enterprise integrations.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Bicep and Azure DevOps pipelines to deliver consistent and automated infrastructure deployments.
Manage Azure networking components including VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, VPN Gateways, and Application Gateways.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments across development, test, and production environments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational processes using Bicep, PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and Azure DevOps.
Monitor and optimize cloud platforms, performing root cause analysis and implementing improvements to enhance reliability, performance, and resilience.
Implement and maintain cloud security, governance, and compliance standards using Azure best practices and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support integrations, APIs, and platform modernization initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles to support operational excellence.
Participate in on-call support and after-hours activities for critical incidents, deployments, and maintenance.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and adoption of DevOps best practices.
About you
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with strong Azure cloud experience
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and IaC (ARM, Bicep)
Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Turbo360, Datadog, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights
Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Python, with exposure to APIs and integrations
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Understanding of cloud security, governance, and operational best practices
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams with a customer-focused, proactive mindset
Willingness to support after-hours work and critical incident management
