The Role
As a Retail Finance Analyst, you'll partner closely with our Global Store teams to deliver financial insights that drive commercial performance. You'll prepare and analyse sales, wages and operational reporting, support forecasting and month-end activities, and provide meaningful recommendations to business leaders. You'll also play a key role in developing reporting dashboards, tracking KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting across the business.
Partner with Commercial Sales leaders to provide financial analysis and business support.

• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales, wages, productivity and KPI reporting.

• Support month-end reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and commercial insights.

• Manage sales and wage target uploads and maintain key financial reporting tools.

• Prepare bonus reporting, store contribution reports and operational hour models.

• Maintain financial data, invoices and reporting dashboards while driving process improvements.

About you

• Relevant Finance or Accounting qualification, with CA/CPA completed or in progress (highly regarded).

• Experience in a Finance, Commercial or Business Analyst role, ideally within retail or a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting and accounting principles.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
