At Lovisa, we're passionate about delivering trend-led jewellery to customers around the world. As our Production Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from supplier to warehouse—on time, to the highest quality standards, and ready for our stores.
Leading a team of Production Coordinators, you'll drive operational excellence across purchase orders, production, quality control and logistics while building strong supplier partnerships and continuously improving our processes.
About the role:
Lead the end-to-end production process, ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time and in line with DIFOT targets.
Manage the purchase order lifecycle, ensuring pricing, quantities, product specifications and ERP data are accurate.
Drive supplier performance through proactive communication, follow-up and accountability.
Oversee shipment planning, freight coordination and warehouse delivery in partnership with our Logistics team.
Review shipping documentation and invoices to ensure accuracy and prevent customs or delivery delays.
Lead quality control processes, identifying issues before products reach stores and managing supplier claims where required.
Partner with our China Quality Control team to maintain global product quality standards.
Analyse supplier performance and provide reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead, coach and develop a team of Production Coordinators and Senior Production Coordinators through regular feedback, mentoring and performance reviews.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies across the production function.
About you:
You'll be an experienced production or supply chain leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys balancing operational detail with people leadership.
You'll bring:
Previous experience leading a production, sourcing or supply chain team.
Strong knowledge of purchase order management, production planning and supplier management.
Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and international supply chains.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence suppliers and build long-term business relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Commercial acumen and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
