At Lovisa, we're looking for an experienced and strategic technology leader to join our global IT team as Head of Strategy & Delivery.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this pivotal leadership role is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of IT while ensuring the successful delivery of our most critical technology programs and initiatives. You'll bridge the gap between long-term vision and operational execution, translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps and delivering measurable outcomes across the organisation.

Working closely with the CIO, Executive Team and key business stakeholders, you'll build a culture of strategic planning, delivery excellence, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring IT operates as an integrated, outcomes-focused function that supports Lovisa's global growth.

About the role:

Strategic Planning

• Lead the development and ongoing evolution of Lovisa's IT strategic plan, including multi-year technology roadmaps and annual operating plans.

• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and executive workshops to ensure technology priorities remain aligned with business objectives.

• Translate strategic initiatives into executable programs with clear milestones, ownership and measurable success metrics.

• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, competitive activity and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Project Management Office (PMO) & Delivery

• Establish and lead a high-performing PMO that provides governance, visibility and assurance across all strategic technology programs.

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resources and stakeholder expectations.

• Implement and embed consistent project delivery methodologies across the business, including Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid approaches.

• Proactively identify delivery risks, remove roadblocks and drive continuous improvement across project execution.

Technology Commercial Agreements & Financial Management

• Support the CIO in managing technology commercial agreements and oversee the IT procurement function.

• Partner closely with Finance to review monthly IT financial performance and reporting.

• Ensure technology investments align with strategic priorities while monitoring project performance and return on investment.

Leadership & Culture

• Build, develop and mentor a high-performing team across strategy, program management and delivery functions.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.

• Lead by example, promoting Lovisa's values while building strong partnerships across technology and the wider business.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CIO and Executive Leadership Team on technology strategy, priorities and organisational capability.

• Build strong relationships across all business functions, balancing competing priorities while delivering exceptional outcomes.

• Support organisational change initiatives that enable successful technology adoption and business transformation.

About You

You're a strategic thinker with a passion for execution. You know how to turn vision into action, leading complex technology portfolios while building strong relationships across the business.

You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoy influencing senior stakeholders, driving transformation and developing high-performing teams. You're commercially minded, delivery-focused and equally comfortable discussing long-term strategy with executives as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve operational challenges.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in strategy, management consulting, or senior program/portfolio delivery roles.

• Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through to execution.

• Experience establishing or leading a Project Management Office (PMO) or enterprise delivery function.

• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and developing high-performing talent.

• Excellent commercial and financial acumen with experience managing technology budgets and investment planning.

• Practical experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery practices.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, including experience engaging with Executive and Board-level stakeholders.

• Experience managing technology vendors and commercial agreements is highly regarded.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
