Your Lovisa Opportunity:

This role will play a critical role in the Banking team by helping to prepare store banking reconciliations, Retail Operations reporting and month-end journals. This role will own several regions within APAC. The Global banking team consists of 5 team members with the opportunity to learn global practices and cross-currency exposure.

About the role:

• Complete daily banking reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing across all stores.

• Monitor, investigate, and report on cash variances, missed banking, and petty cash in partnership with the Loss Prevention team.

• Process bank statement uploads, AP payment reconciliations, and monthly gift voucher liability reporting.

• Perform month-end banking activities, including bank reconciliations, till difference journals, cash-in-transit, and clearing account reconciliations.

• Reconcile banking-related balance sheet accounts and ensure accurate financial records.

• Prepare banking reports and provide support during external audit periods.

About you: 

• Bachelor’s degree with Accounting or Finance major

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Oracle Fusion experience (not mandatory)

• Experience with Microsoft office products

• An understanding of core accounting principles, P&L, Balance sheets

• An ability to demonstrate leadership within team, show initiative and an ability to process improve
