The Lovisa Opportunity:

Drive high-quality financial reporting and analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the business. Partner with senior stakeholders, deliver meaningful commercial insights, and play a key role in forecasting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement through data, automation, and process optimisation.

About the role:

• Maintain and prepare Group financial reporting, including consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet reports, management packs and executive reporting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of underlying reporting models and data.

• Prepare accruals, journals and other month end adjustments to support accurate financial reporting.

• Analyse regional, departmental and Group financial performance against forecast and prior year, providing clear commentary on key drivers, risks and opportunities.

• Support the forecasting process through consolidation of global inputs and preparation of operating expense forecasts.

• Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance to provide analysis, insights and support informed decision-making.

• Drive cost management initiatives through analysis of operational expenditure and identification of efficiency opportunities.

• Leverage systems, automation and data analytics to improve reporting, enhance insights and reduce manual processes.

• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and commercial insights to support senior leadership and strategic decision-making.

About you: 

• Degree/qualification in a relevant field i.e. Finance, Accounting

• CA or CPA part qualified or intention to complete

• Proven success in similar Finance / Business Partner activities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

• Experience in working to deadlines and providing timely, accurate & useful reporting

• A proactive problem solver who thrives on continuous improvement, automation and delivering meaningful business insights.
